Linear compressor failure on French door refrigerators. LFXS and LMXS series units from roughly 2014 to 2019 are the classic case. The fridge slowly loses cooling, the freezer thaws first, and the compressor runs constantly without pulling temperature down. We confirm it with gauges, not guesswork, then replace the compressor with the updated FLB075 part and pull a proper vacuum. This is sealed-system work, so it carries our two-year warranty.
LE error on LG front-load washers. Garage laundry rooms in Alamo run hot in summer, and the direct-drive motors on WM series washers throw the LE code when the hall sensor on the rotor fails or the wiring to it degrades. The drum stops mid-cycle with a full load of water. Usually it is a sensor swap, sometimes the stator, and either way it is a repair worth doing because the rest of the machine is solid.
