Up in the hills and around the Fairview area, remodeled kitchens carry island and wall hoods that owners picked themselves, and those units get maintained. Down in the flatlands and in the Southgate and Tennyson tracts, a lot of the housing is rental or long-held family homes, and the hood gets attention only when it stops working entirely. We handle both, and we are used to landlord approvals and tenant scheduling.

From our San Ramon base, Hayward is about 25 minutes over the Dublin grade and down 238. We book seven days a week, the diagnostic is $75 and gets credited to the repair, and every quote is written, which property managers here specifically ask for. Presrv cooler running loud and constantly. A Presrv that never cycles off has either dirty condenser coils, a failing fan, or a real refrigerant problem. I rule them out in that order because that is the cost order too. Sealed-system work, if it comes to that, carries our two year warranty.
