Every fridge with a dispenser or ice maker has a water inlet valve. The fittings can leak under the cabinet, or the solenoid fails and the dispenser and ice maker stop getting water.

I replace the shocks, check the counterweight bolts, and level the machine properly. If the floor itself flexes badly I'll say so, because no shock absorber fixes a trampoline.
Refrigerator hums fine but hisses and gurgles louder than it used to, food spoiling in one zone. Uneven cooling with a noisy freezer section usually means the evaporator fan is icing or dying on this platform. In older kitchens where the fridge sits tight in an original alcove, poor clearance makes the condenser work harder too. I check both, clean the condenser, and replace the fan if the motor is going.
Gas range burner clicks forever or won't light one side. The spark igniter and switch harness on Electrolux gas ranges collect grease and moisture over the years, and one wet deep-clean can start endless clicking. I dry and test the spark module, switches, and electrodes, replacing only what's actually failed rather than the whole ignition set.
